Privacy Policy

We’re WeePlay (WeePlay Soft Play & Party Venue), a soft play & party venue at Unit 1-3, 1201 Duke St, Parkhead, Glasgow, G31 5NZ. This policy explains how we handle any information you share with us through this website.

We only collect the details you choose to send us. There are two forms on this site:

• Party booking enquiry: your full name, email address, phone number, your party date, preferred time, the number of children coming, and (if you add them) an optional message and your chosen party package.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and your message.

That’s it. We only ever collect what you decide to type in and send to us.

We use your details for one thing only: to answer your enquiry and to call or email you back to confirm a booking. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.

When you submit a form, your details are sent straight to us by email through our email provider, Resend. We don’t store your enquiry in a database on this website. We may then reply to you by email or give you a call.

This website does not set tracking or analytics cookies, and we don’t run any analytics or tracking on you.

The one exception is the Google map embedded on our contact page. That map may set cookies controlled by Google, not by us. If you’d like to know more, have a look at Google’s own privacy policy.

We keep your enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or look after your booking. Once that’s done, we remove them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch using the details below and we’ll sort it out.
